Is there internet wifi?
Yes, all our apartments are equipped with our free and unlimited WiFi network. In our welcome guide you will receive the name of the network as well as the password.
Are the apartments air-conditioned?
Yes, there are air conditioners in all the bedrooms of our apartments.
Are the apartments heated?
Yes, there is central heating in all our apartments.
How to book?

Make a reservation request for free and enter the dates of arrival and departure and the number of people on our reservation bar. Then choose the apartment that suits you best. Then fill out the form. We will answer you in a few minutes.

How to pay?

We offer 3 payment methods:

1. Payment by credit card online.

2. Bank transfer in Europe or North America.

3. Payment by Paypal.

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a detailed receipt of booking confirmation and a welcome guide prepared by us.

Is the payment secured?
Yes, any payment on our website is totally secure. Our site uses the standard https protocol “secure hypertext transfer protocol”.
How to pay in Tunisian dinars?
Just select this payment method by filling out the booking form. You will then receive the payment details in Tunisian dinars by bank transfer. You can also contact us by phone on this number: +216 55 252 402 for a payment by postal order by mail. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation, then a detailed receipt and a guide prepared by us.
How to get the receipt?

Is there a concierge? ( a caretaker )
Yes, in our residence, we have a concierge available 24 / 24h to meet your needs, guide you and ensure your safety.
How to get our loyalty card?
You can just click on the tab at the top “Loyalty Card” by filling out the form. Within 24 hours, you will receive your virtual loyalty card on your email address.
How to benefit from the discounts with the loyalty card?
With your loyalty card you automatically benefit from a 10% discount throughout the year. In addition, on our Facebook page “Mahdia Place Apartments” you will be informed about our various promotions. In the booking form, you must enter the code of your loyalty card to benefit from the discount of 10% or more if you book within the period of a promotion indicated on our Facebook page.
Can we see videos on the apartments?
Yes, we have a Youtube channel “Mahdia Place Apartments”, you can see all the videos of our accommodations. Here is the link.
Where is our residence located?
Our residence is located in the touristic area of ​​the city of Mahdia near El Mehdi Hotel. With the google map app, you can type “Mahdia Place Apartments”.
Are there dishes in the apartment?
Yes, there are dishes in all the apartments.
Is there an iron?
Yes, we have an iron in our residence, if you need it, you can ask for directly from  our concierge.
Is there a hair dryer?
Yes, we have a hair dryer in our residence, if you need it, you can ask for directly from our concierge.
Is there a washing machine?

Yes, we have a washing machine for each apartment.

Is there a dryer?
Yes, there is a dryer in all our apartments.
Can we smoke in the apartments?
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside our apartments, however it is possible for you to do it in the terrace or the balcony.
How to modify your reservation?
If you wish to modify your booking, either the period of your stay, the choice of the apartment or the number of people, please contact us as soon as possible by clicking on the tab at the top “Contact us” by filling the form or by phone on our number: +216 55 252 402. (Available on Viber).
Cancellation policy?

 the customer loses the deposit. To cancel, simply contact us either by the tab “Contact Us” or by phone. If the customer was obliged to cancel the reservation, we can offer him other periods available so that he does not lose the deposit.

Cleaning?
The guest is required to return the apartment in the same good state when he checked in. If the guest wants a  lady’s maid to clean the apartment before they leave, they must inform us 24 h in advance. The cleaning cost is 15 € or 45 dt.
