Return the keys ?
The day of your arrival, our concierge in our residence will present you the apartment and give you the keys.
Arrival and departure times ?
Arrival time: from 2 pm.
Departure time: before 12 pm (noon).

L’appartamento era molto grazioso e ben curato, il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Me l’aspettavo in zona leggermente più centrale e vicino al mare, ma era comunque in una buona posizione tranquilla. Ci tornerò volentieri: io e mio marito ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci è piaciuta l’accoglienza. Mahdia è bellissima e il mare uno spettacolo!
Nous avons été excellemment bien reçus par nos hôtes (qui sont même venus nous chercher en voiture pour nous conduire sur place) et l’appartement répondait vraiment à toutes ses promesses : très propre et très moderne (quasi neuf), bien équipé, lumineux dans un quartier calme, avec des petits balcons donnant sur les fleurs et arbres du jardin, olivier, figuier…
Il y a une épicerie à 2 mn et la plage n’est vraiment pas loin, bref un magnifique appartement pour découvrir Mahdia et ses environs…
Très bon accueil . Rapport qualité prix très bon. Cuisine équipée chauffage dans toutes les pieces en hiver c top. Très bon séjour. Je recommande et J y retournerais. Top.

Kais’s apartment was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It is well-represented in the listing photos and was clean. The concierge who greeted us and showed us around was lovely and communication with Kais was easy. All in all, a really great stay!

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, con custode. Un po’ lontano dal centro, ma una volta raggiunta la strada princiapale, a pochi minuti a piedi, con i taxi è possibile raggiungere facilmente e con poca spesa il centro della città.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour au calme. Proche des commerces et de la plage. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L’appartement est entièrement équipée, il était mieux que nous l’espérons. Propriétaire et le concierge sont top ils font vraiment tout pour que vous soyer à l’aise. On reviendra c’est sûr !

Our reservation took place during a rainy day and arrived soaking wet at the listing
However, Mr Ali, the concierge was very fast in responding to our call and introduced into the apartment, 10/10 check-in, he was very friendly, humorous and showed us everything that we needed to see inside the listings
Hot water was not scarce and it was very accessible, so we were able to get cleaned up very quickly and easily.
The living room had a big TV screen with HDMI which allowed me to hook my laptop and do some work very comfortably
There were no noise during quite hours and early mornings, the neighborhood is close to the beach which allowed for long walks, there was also one of the best restaurants in town, which had great service and good portions for rather cheap prices
I would extremely recommend Mr. Kais as a your next host if you plan to go to Tunisia, Mahdia he is very responsive to messages and will answer any of your questions very clearly.
