Confirmation

A detailed email confirmation of the booking will be sent to you once the payment is made. A guide book will also be sent to you.

The price of one night is calculated according to the number of people, number of nights and the season. If you have a loyalty card code, you will have an automatic discount.

How to book?

Just enter the dates of arrival and departure and the number of people on our booking bar, then choose the apartment that suits you best. Subsequently fill in the form and you select the method of payment of the deposit 50% of the total amount by credit card or by a payment in DT.

How to pay?

We offer 2 payment methods: 1. Credit card with which you can pay in multiple currencies, the payment is totally secure. 2. Payment in Tunisian Dinars, just select this payment method by filling the booking form. You will then receive the payment details in Tunisian dinars by bank transfer. You can also contact us by phone on this number: +216 55 252 402 for a payment by postal order by mail. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation, then a detailed receipt and a guide prepared by us.

Return the keys?

Our on-site concierge in our residence will introduce you to the apartment and give you the keys.

Checking in and out times?

Checking in : from 2 o’clock p.m. Checking out : before 12 o’clock (noon). If you wish to check in earlier or later, will you please inform us in advance to check if it is possible.
